Anger – we all encounter it on the court. Whether it’s you, your partner, or opponent, tennis is not always the polite society game in floor-length dresses and tea.
Emotions are a part of the game, and it can be fun to watch the highs and lows of a match unfold.

A simple way you can do this it to put your hand with your palm facing your body, and use a finger on your other hand to tap in the crease between your pinky and ring finger on the back of your hand, where it looks like a point of a triangle.
You’re tapping a point along the triple warmer meridian, and it’s great for stressful situations. If your partner is angry, and their love language is physical touch, then this would be an extra bonus for your partner if you tapped this area on them to help them calm down.
This is also a great trick if you or a loved one is afraid of flying. You can tap this area of your hand to calm yourself on the plane, on the sly.
It’s always good to balance the energies, so tap this area on both hands. It doesn’t have to be long. The time between points is plenty.
Unfortunately, triple warmer is often out-of-balance in today’s society because we’re inundated with a variety of things from which the body knows we’re in danger – from news stories to chemicals we consume.
