Sometimes we create unconsciously, but ultimately energy flows where our attention goes. If we’re constantly thinking of what we do not want, then that will be our reality.
Power-thought-body
It’s a time where you or several people you know might feel powerless over their body. Fear could be all-consuming, and you feel a loss of control when it comes to your health.
I wrote this while I was deeply saddened by a loss. Even when we feel a hole, we are powerful.
A dear friend of mine just passed away. She had cancer, like her mother, who passed away at about the same age. My friend was so loved, leaving behind a husband and three small children, and I frequently heard comments like “It’s not fair” and “What about her kids?”
It made me think of the concept that we create our reality. Sometimes we create unconsciously, but ultimately energy flows where our attention goes. If we’re constantly thinking of what we do not want, then that will be our reality. And to be a conscious creator is to be aware of our beliefs and create a reality that brings us joy.
And if that doesn’t seem to be working, change your perspective on how you react to events.
I don’t believe in the concept of death as the end of existence, because energy is not destroyed. It might shift. It might go from physical to non-physical form, but it does not die. As a creator, you might create in the non-physical form and have agreements with other souls of your soul family to fulfill a purpose for your spiritual growth as well as theirs.
What if my friend chose her path for a greater purpose? What if one of her daughters will stop the cycle, uncreate any limitations on her genetics, and help spread to the world how our thoughts can actually create physical changes in our biology? (I urge everyone to read or listen to the science behind this in Bruce Lipton’s The Biology of Belief.)
When I first heard the news of my friend’s passing, I immediately thought of a passage from the poet, Hafez, because she lit up all those around her:
“The sun never says to the earth, ‘You owe me.’
Look what happens with a love like that.
It lights up the whole sky.”
And even if that was the only effect she had, her creation and life lifted up everyone she touched.
Look what happens with a thought and love like that.
